Overcome the grief of losing by writing


Writing is not just the regular keeping records for Sarah Ivens. Writing is therapeutic and become drugs when she lost her baby.

Sarah lost her baby at the age of 14 weeks. Then, Sarah experienced the sadness that remains inside. The baby was very highly anticipated Sarah and her husband.

What felt sarah might be the same with Vicky Foxcroft. The baby named Veronica died coiled retractable umbilical cord during labor. Since losing it, it's very difficult for Vicky to open with close friends or family.

As a freelance writer, Sarah then read a lot a lot of other women's stories. Sarah apparently is not alone. Many other women who have experienced painful events such as himself. Sarah finally compelled to write.

A pen and paper into a tool for him to communicate. It started bubbling up all his feelings and his thoughts through his writings. Sarah says, what it does is called the scripto-therapy.
