7 healthy ways to love Yourself
Loving yourself is essential to a better life. This affects you in choosing a partner, how to conduct yourself at work, and how do you fix the problem in your life and others.
Do love yourself is like buying a new dress? Or can be obtained by reading something inspiring? Or, with a new relationship?
The answers to all these questions is no! Although the above things can make you feel better and satisfied, you can't cultivate a sense of self-love through activities that, because loving yourself isn't just about feeling better.
According to psychologists from the U.S., Deborah Khoshaba Psy. D., self-love is a tribute to yourself that grew out of the action that supports the growth of physical, psychological and spiritual. Self-love is dynamic and growing from a mature thinking and action.
When we act in a way that memerluas self-love in us, we will begin to accept weakness just as receiving excess.
We will also have compassion for ourselves, as a man struggling to find meaning, more focus on the goals and values of life and trying to live better through our own efforts.
Seven Ways To Love Yourself
1. Self conscious.
People who love themselves tend to better understand what they think, think and want. They know what it looks like her and acted with the knowledge of it, rather than acting on the will of others.
2. Acting on the basis of need rather than desire.
By staying focused on what you need, you will reduce or abandon the automatic behavior patterns that keep you stuck problem, stuck in the past, and reduce the sense of love-yourself.
3. Treat yourself well.
You will be more like yourself, when you take care and satisfy the basic needs of at least yourself.

We are sometimes too hard on yourself. It's time we accepted that learning, human, can err. All people ever do wrong.
Remember, there is no such thing as failure if we want to learn from your mistakes. The mistake we make is a learning process that we so private that even better, the next day.
7. Life on purpose.
The point here is that you will be more accepting of yourself if you are living and acting with a purpose and a plan. For example, if the destination you want more healthy and meaningful, you will make decisions that support that goal.
You will feel better if it succeeds in this goal. You need to have a clear intention, what you want to accomplish and actually carry it out.
